Making a House, a Home
This was a 3 month interior remodel on a single family home in Huntington Beach. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence with a pool and solar panels was an amazing find that just needed an upgrade. A reconfiguration of the kitchen to open up into the dining and living room creating an entertainer's paradise. The guest bathroom was redecorated as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. The carpet and wood was replaced with a dog friendly flooring.
BEFORE
The home had a gallery style kitchen with outdated cabinets and appliances. The master bedroom had one door that entered the bathroom and a skinny hallway to the closet. Guest bathroom was a bright blue color and basic tiles. Flooring was wood, tile and carpet.
DEMO DAY
The previous building was a single office space with a large parking lot.
AFTER
Elevating the curb appeal with new paint, front door, windows, and decorative garage door. The removal of the tree allows for additional driveway space, lawn and landscape.
Roof is completely redone with solar panels.
